Terms and conditions:

• The promotion is organised by Australian Finance Group Ltd ABN 11 066 385 822 ('AFG’) Level 6, 499 St. Kilda Rd. Melbourne VIC 3004.
• Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Entry is conditional on the settlement of a residential home loan application that was submitted via an AFG Broker.
• Employees of AFG and their immediate families and AFG Brokers associated with this promotion and their employees and their immediate families are ineligible.
• The promotion of the ‘Win a 12 month holiday from your mortgage' commences on 25th September 2006. All entries for the promotion must be received by AFG by 5.00pm Western Standard Time on 30th June 2007. The draw will take place at AFG, Level 6, 499 St. Kilda Rd. on the 9th July 2007 at 10.00am EST. Winners will be notified in writing and published in The Australian on the 23rd July 2007.
• The winning entry will be drawn manually from a pool of entries. Winners will have their mortgage paid (as determined by satisfactory evidence provided to AFG) for one year for their principal place of residence to a maximum of $16,372.20 (12 x $1,364.35) to the lender. The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other merchandise.
• Should the winner change or modify their mortgage after the draw date, AFG will only pay to the value of the payments at the time of the competition draw.
• The promotion consists of 1 draw with the first valid entry to win. For each draw, the judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
• AFG shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• Should the prize for the promotion remain unclaimed, AFG may conduct a further draw on the 28th September 2007 if necessary, at the same place as the original draw in order to distribute the prize.
• All entries become the property of AFG. AFG may use the name, address and other personal information provided by the entrant. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the office of AFG. AFG may require the winner from the promotion to partake in any media exposure, including but not limited to promotional, marketing and publicity activities without any further reference or payment or other compensation. The information collected by AFG from the ‘Win a 12 month holiday from your mortgage' promotion may be used for marketing purposes by AFG.
• The winners' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law and the winners' names published as required under relevant legislation.

Manual draw information
All entries submitted between the 25th September 2006 and 30th June 2007 will be generated into a report.
This report will then be printed out and separated into individual entries which are then placed into a barrel.
Winner will be determined by the first entry pulled out from the barrel.
